Responsibility:
● Develop a digital multi-channel strategy for growth which will build brand awareness, drive consideration, and acquire web traffic & drive high quality leads
● Be the “Social media specialist and Online data hero” of the organization - defining, delivering, and maintaining the tracking & analytics capability of the online business.
● Use consumer insights to develop compelling creative campaigns which will drive consideration and inspire action from the target audience.
● Manage end-to-end digital projects.
● Working directly with the marketing and content team, you’ll be managing and analysing data from a variety of web systems and aggregating and gleaning insight from web statistics, product performance, customer behaviour, which can be used for marketing purposes and to increase insight and efficiency for the team or design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
● Coordinate and provide insightful data to help the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
● Monitor given digital media ROI and KPIs with digital advertising tools
● Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
● Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
● Managing budgets on a day-to-day basis.
Qualification:
● Degree in Marketing or relevant
● Minimum 5 years of proven digital marketing and brand management experience, ideally from a related industry sector environment with an understanding of online marketing.
● Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail
● Knowledgeable of Search engine optimization
● Knowledgeable of Email marketing
● Knowledgeable of Affiliate and Retargeting platform
● Be an excellent communicator, persuasive & diplomatic.
● Be able to respond well to pressure and self-motivated.
● Think creatively, able to work within stipulated budget with good organizational skill.
● Department / Team Relations: Must have exceptional listening skills. Must be willing to interact with each stakeholder and translate their ideas into effective tactical and strategic plans; required to make presentations when needed.
