About The Department:

The Operations team supports end to end customer management that includes customer service, after sales support, quality assurance and management of new and old listings in our website. The team is also responsible to deliver consistent customer experience across all channels to delight our customers.

Job Purpose:

  • To ensure published listings are compliant to listing guideline;
  • Moderate newly created / edited listings within the agreed SLA for both post and pre moderation;

Key Accountabilities:

  • Moderate listings as per the guideline (picture angles, description and average demand price)
  • Monitor live listings to identify obsolete listings and delete accordingly
  • Keep track of new car launches for all models and update the details in the portal
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure dealers comply to the listing guideline
  • Manage variant code (vehicle code) with Redbook to ensure all models are available in the portal for listing creation

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • At least 2 years working experience in content moderation/filtering
  • Attention to details
  • Have a curious mindset; we grow and learn together

Desirable knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Knowledge of various car makes/brands
  • Interest to learn more about Malaysia’s automotive industry
