Job Description

As a People & Culture Intern, you will play an active role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and various People & Culture initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage potential talent through job platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.

2. Employee Engagement & Collaboration
• Support the People & Culture team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute to team projects focused on enhancing recruitment strategies and improving the employee experience.

3. General Support & Ad Hoc Projects
• Assist with People & Culture-related tasks, initiatives, and projects as needed.
• Handle ad hoc requests and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
