About this role

The Account Manager in iCar (Thailand) holds responsibility for ensuring overall client satisfaction, devising strategies, and executing program delivery for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cultivating positive customer relationships and expanding our client base
  • Leading revenue generation through media sales and related services
  • Acting as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, while also supporting media agency relationships.
  • Possessing knowledge of digital media and the automotive industry
  • Efficiently coordinating all stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Effectively communicating client needs to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers, and designers
  • Supervising all account activities to ensure client expectations are consistently met
  • Actively seeking opportunities to enhance client metrics
  • Managing client billing and forecasting processes

Qualifications:

  • Preferably holds degrees in Marketing and/or Advertising
  • Requires 1-2 years of experience in media
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Digital Media Sales
  • Deep understanding of advertising processes and strategies
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Word
  • Exemplifies high accuracy, presentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Displays a genuine passion for the Automotive industry and digital advertising
  • Possesses exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Adopts a consultative approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills
